How to use
How to use the Holy Strokes Micro-Fine Liquid Brow Pen:
1. Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip.
2. Flick upward to create thin strokes and apply more pressure for deeper pigment.
3. Replace cap quickly after use.
